I already showed you here some impressions of our trip to London and today I would like to show you the hotel we stayed in for the lenght of our stay. We stayed at the Z Hotel Shoreditch for three nights, one out of six Z hotels in London. The first impression was: veeery stylish and great price for London! We will definitely come back but maybe next time in Summer!
What I really liked about the hotel:
- Since the hotel is really new everything was quite stylish. The beds are covered with leather, all colors are muted and it was very clean
 - The location of the hotel is amazing - even though it isn't really in the city center it it still pretty center so that you can reach everything quite easily. The next metro station is only a one minute walk away.ÂÂ
 - The staff was really friendly and always there when you needed them.
 - At 5pm there was a little buffet in the entrance area of the hotel with bread, cheese and olives which was included in the price. There was also fresh fruit available at the reception everyday.ÂÂ
What I didn't like that much:
- Like often in new hotels there was no real heater but only a air conditioner/heating combination which didn't work work at all. When we arrived it said 22°C on the little display (it had about 5-10°C outside) and even though we already thought it was a bit cold we ignored that for a bit. When we woke up the next morning we were freezing but only managed to tell the hotel staff on our last day. We then got a little electronic heater within a few minutes but it looked like the staff wasn't really surprised by the fact that the heater doesn't work.
 - Another point of criticism is the bathroom. Since the glass walls aren't really frosted you can see everything - so this hotel isn't really something for new couples or a girls trip.
